Spock Solutions has extensive experience in the toll industry and with multiple aspects of electronic tolling. The firm provides consulting services to a wide variety of clients, including individual agencies, multi-agency groups, and international organizations. Spock Solutions specializes in projects that require research, analysis, synthesis, and communication with diverse audiences. The firm also has a demonstrated track record of collaborating with clients to translate their needs into Request for Proposal (RFP) documents for transportation technology procurements. The firm's President, Linda Spock has decades of experience with E-ZPass, pre-dating and including the E-ZPass Group's  initial selection of common technology in 1994 while she was working at the Port Authority of NY & NJ. She is proud to be the very first civilian E-ZPass account-holder. Spock Solutions is a certified WBE in the states of New York and New Jersey and her recertification is pending at the Port Authority of NY & NJ. The firm has been a subcontractor to a number of large engineering firms on a variety of toll agency projects.
