Lochner was founded in Chicago in 1944 by Harry Lochner, Sr., who established the firm by conducting some of the nation’s first comprehensive transportation and land use studies. Today, Lochner is a nationally-recognized firm, employing 520 professionals in 30 offices in 19 states.
